Vertigo Mystery Theatre's production of The Mystery of Edwin Drood received two awards at the 2008 Calgary professional theatre awards, the Betty Mitchell Awards.
The Mystery of Edwin Drood was honoured in the category of
Outstanding Production of a Musical.
As well, Deneen McArthur received the award for Outstanding Costume Design for her work on The Mystery of Edwin Drood. Deneen will be designing costumes for the up-coming performances of Columbo Takes the Rap and Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure at Vertigo Mystery Theatre.
